Privacy Policy

Mill Freight Limited(“Mill Freight”, “we”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect. When you request a rate, contact us, or apply for a job, we collect the details you provide — such as your name, company, email and phone number and, for a job application, your resume and the country you would work from.

How we use it. We use your information solely to respond to your inquiry, evaluate job applications, and communicate with you about our services or your application. We do not sell your personal information.

Shipment information. When we arrange a shipment, we handle the contact details of the shipper, consignee and carrier, and shipment records such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. We use them to move the freight, settle charges and handle any claim, and share them only with the parties to that shipment and with authorities where the law requires it.

Data retention. Inquiry and job application data is retained for as long as it takes to respond and, for job applications, to complete the hiring process — then removed on request or after our standard retention window. Shipment records are kept for as long as a cargo claim could follow and the law requires.
